We have been members of FENSA since its inception back in 2002, which means we have been trained in all the relevant practices required to make sure our works meet building regulations, and we are regularly audited to make sure our jobs are done correctly. Whether it be energy-efficient windows that meet all the latest u-values, secure and weatherproof doors that can stand up to the worst of the Yorkshire Dales weather, or installations that provide safe access and escape should you ever need them, we know what is required and will advise you carefully to make sure you get the products you need.
Manufacturing and Installing quality products
At our factory at Sutton in Craven we manufacture our PVC products in house, giving us greater control over the quality of our installations, and we can supply windows to trade. We use trusted suppliers for our composite doors and aluminium products, and we only work with suppliers that have a proven track record of manufacturing hard-wearing, strong and secure products that we know will stand the test of time. We have a team of engineers that carry out repairs, and attend any faults you may have quickly and efficiently to minimise disruption.
An Aftersales Service you can rely on
At Aire Valley Glass we pride ourselves on our aftersales service, and we have a dedicated remedials team to attend to any issues that may arise within our guarantee periods. Our guarantees are honest and true, and are all shown in full on any order forms we fill out. We don’t have get-out clauses and we will come back to site to fix any issues that you may have. We also offer a full 10 year insurance-backed guarantee on our new installations, in line with regulations as a FENSA registered company.
